Education Counselor
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. You’ll be guiding students through the process of choosing the right course and destination, handling queries, and providing accurate advice on study abroad options.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide accurate counselling on study destinations, courses, and universities

Guide students through admission and visa processes

Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-up communication

Maintain proper records of student interactions and progress

Coordinate with university representatives and participate in education events
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of study destinations like Japan, Australia, and Canada

Minimum 1 year of counselling experience preferred
